We will not accept a return based on defects in workmanship or materials of any kind. The manufacturer supplies a full 1-year warranty of it's own to resolve issues based on defects. The conditions of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee are as follows: No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) obtained from Cat Scratch Fever and/or SteelSun, Inc. Product must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt. There will be a 20% restocking fee (20% of the original price without the shipping charges). The item must be returned in it's original condition without any modifications or customization of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to custom paint and/or stickers.
